After 27 years with one dentist, we were in need of a new dentist after his retirement. We feel very lucky to join the Alton Dental Family. Kind and personal office staff who take the time to get to know you, a cozy eclectic waiting area stocked with healthy snack and entertainment. The dentist office is modern and clean, and none of us have ever felt rushed by a dentist. Their communication is varied and meets the needs of a modern family (text reminders) or an old school phone call if you need that too! Feel respected and valued as a client!

I have been going to Alton Dental for a few years now and am very glad I switched dental offices, and brought my family over too. The staff are all very nice and make for a very relaxing stress-free visit. The hygienists and dentists are all great, I have had a few procedures over the years and they have all been very comfortable and pain free (I used to have some anxiety over dental visits but not since I started coming here).

They are also great with kids! My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 and has no troubles whenever we come. She had a cavity done by Dr. T and giggled through the whole procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Our family recently changed to this dental office from another office in Burlington. We are so impressed with the modern technologies and the thoroughness of the check-ups. Staff are friendly and very accommodating when it comes time to scheduling appointments around work and childcare. We are so glad we made the switch!

Dr. Brown and all of his staff are excellent when working on both adults and children. Both of my children had a very uneasy feeling whenever I mentioned going to our previous dentist. At Dr. Brown’s office my kids actually enjoy going! All the staff is very patient and comforting when performing any sort of dental work on children. I would like to extend a big THANK YOU as you do not find this in many places. They are gentle and always make sure that you feel comfortable.

I’ve been going to Dr. Brown for about the past two years and have absolutely no complaints. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I’ve found Dr. Brown to be very straightforward, honest and polite, and obviously experienced. I’ve not been pressured to do anything I didnt want to and I get the feeling I am in good hands. The other dentist on the team saw me once and he was also very polite. Overall it has been a positive experience. My only issue is I wished Dr. Brown (personally) had more hours available, currently he works Fridays and Saturdays.

I have been having dental work done by Dr. Brown and his staff for 25 years. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly making the experience pleasant. I feel like I am seeing friends when I go there. Thanks to them I have good dental health because they are up to date in their treatment and vigilant in my needs.
